2021 District Singles 

Yesterday saw the first day of the District Singles which was played at Brighton.

What a lovely day and great bowls. It was good to see a novice and just out of novice have a go.

 2020 District Singles

District Singles were held at Pine Rivers yesterday. The games yesterday were great to watch it was just a shame that only three clubs entered. (approx. 16 players)

2019 District Singles

What a long day for all. Isobel from Bribie Island was the only player to have to play three games today in the district singles and boy did she play well.

This morning started off with Preliminary finals –

Noela Gray – Bribie Island defeated Helen Morton – Kallangur.

Isobel McLaren defeated Mandy McIntyre both from Bribie Island

Semi-Finals – Dawn Denford – Pine Rivers defeated Desley McDougal – Bribie Island

Isobel McLaren defeated Noela Gray – both from Bribie Island.

Final – Dawn Denford – Pine Rivers defeated Isobel McLaren – Bribie Island.

which finished at approx 4.30.
